ENTER 7-DIGIT CONFIRMATION CODE

ATTENTION

Sorry, the confirmation code you entered has expired. Codes expire after 48 hours. You should resubmit your original request to receive a new confirmation message containing a new code.

Use this page to complete an action such as removing a registration or changing the status of a registration. You must enter a confirmation code within 48 hours of initiating a request. If it has been longer than 48 hours, you must resubmit your original action request.

Confirmation codes may contain letters and numbers, but they are always seven digits long. It is important that you enter the confirmation code exactly as it appears in the message you received. Please double check your entry in the box below before you submit your request.

Click the "Confirm" button to submit your confirmation code. If you submit a valid code, the action you are confirming will be completed within 24 hours. If you received a confirmation message and clicked on the link it contained then you do not need to enter a confirmation code, it is automatically entered for you through the action of clicking the link.
