QUESTION:  I do not have access to my child's address. How can I finish the registration process?
ANSWER:  When you register an email address, mobile phone number (SMS), or fax number we send a confirmation message to the address that has been registered. You do not have to have access to your children's email account, mobile phone, or fax in order to complete registration. However, the confirmation message will contain information about the program, including instructions on how to remove the address if the address holder chooses to.

The process for instant messenger is somewhat different. In order to complete an instant messenger registration you must send the system a message. For instructions on how to complete IM registration, click here.
