REMOVE PARENTAL NOTIFICATION ACCOUNT

Use this form to remove a parental notification e-mail address from the Michigan Children's Protection Registry system. The account will be removed from all associated registry entries and you will no longer receive status updates.



A message will be sent to the parental notification account's current e-mail address to confirm the removal. It will not be completed until you follow the instructions in that message.
